They are seeking an Executive Assistant/ Sales Associate to be the backbone of a small team. The successful candidate will thrive in a busy environment and confidently deliver first class customer service. This role is one for someone who is ready to accelerate their career!
The Role:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate property listings
- Provide diary management support
- Create proposals
- Prepare agents for listings and appraisals
- Liase with solicitors, clients, and tenants
- Send out contracts and property inspection reports
- Handle vendor reporting
- assist the Director across the entire sales process
- Extensive administration experience
- Immaculate work ethic
- Must be a self starter, enthusiastic and motivated
- Thrive in a fast paced and high performing environment
- Flawless communication skills with a "the customer is always right mentality"
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration and a clean drivers license
- Previous experience within Real Estate is ESSENTIAL!
