The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be a vital part of our team. Your responsibilities will cover a wide spectrum, including:
- Client prospecting
- Managing prospective buyer enquiries
- Assisting with open homes and inspections
- Gathering market intelligence
- Database management
- Social media marketing
- Contributing to the development of marketing materials
- Opportunities to assist with property appraisals
- Opportunities to assist with listing properties for sale
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations throughout the sales process
- Engage in effective negotiation processes with clients
- Collaborate with solicitors to facilitate the legal aspects of residential property transactions.
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for additional business.
- General administration
To Thrive in This Role, You'll Need:
- Desirable, but not essential, previous real estate sales experience
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (or the willingness to obtain one promptly)
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Previous sales or sales administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- A track record of delivering exceptional service to clients
- Experience in generating prospects or leads
- The ability to manage multiple sales initiatives concurrently
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Data entry experience
- Proficiency with various computer systems
Additionally, You Should Be:
- Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies
- Active and capable of focusing on several sales objectives simultaneously
- Skilled in using a direct approach to selling, appreciating the subtle aspects of sales negotiation
