Sales/Administration in Equine industry.
Permanent part time 20 hours per week
Competencies required:
Providing customer service to clients & booking consultations.
Assisting clients with information on products and services.
General office work such as filing, answering the telephone, report writing and message handling.
Proficient with MYOB or similar, general accounts such as invoicing, taking payments and inputting orders.
General dispatch duties such as preparing e-parcel manifests and preparing mail outs and international shipments.
Assisting Operations Manager with raw material ordering.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs.
Participates in trade shows and events such as company sponsored events and Equitana.
Outstanding training provided to the right candidate.
A genuine love of and knowledge of horses is absolutely essential.
