Form of workWe are looking for a full time Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team on the beautiful Central Coast.
Rigon is the leading headwear wholesaler in Australia with our offices and manufacturing plant in West Gosford. Being focussed on design and functionality we are dedicated to bringing high quality, fashionable sun safe headwear to our customers throughout Australia with both imported and locally made headwear. Our various brands suit boutiques, pharmacies, golf and tourism and we are the headwear licensee for the Cancer Council, one of the most respected non-profit organisations.
Working closely with our Sales Manager you will be coordinating/directing the SALES AND MARKETING strategies of our brands to our customers and our sales force all over Australia.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in a SALES AND MARKETING environment
- Passionate & strong communication skills – drive a team of agents and retail stores to continually achieve increased revenue
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic & self-motivated
- Strong Microsoft Office experience – need to be self sufficient in terms of reports and presentations.

The Role
- Focused on our golfing, tourism and pharmacy brands you will learn from our Sales Manager in the day-to-day execution of account business plans and will make the position your own with your own ideas, energy and strategies
- Coordinate our sales force for continued business development and opportunities
- Conceptualise and develop SALES AND MARKETING strategies, developing leads for our sales force
- Coordinating marketing strategies with our inhouse PR/Social Media team
- Analyse sales performance and promotional effectiveness by regularly reviewing and reporting on sales performance, sales forecasts and market trends
- Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to deliver an exceptional level of service internally and externally
- Create and manage email campaigns, creation of leads for the sales team.
- Preparation of sales presentations and proposals
