Sales and Marketing Manager (Business Development Manager) , Full time - Day Shift with RDO every 4 weeks.
DHDS is a leading engineering company with hundreds of customers and our own intellectual property. We are an integral part of the success of our customers in the General Engineering and especially the Aluminum Smelting industry. Due to continued growth domestically and internationally we are now looking for an Sales and Marketing Manager (Business Development Manager) to lead and mentor a highly capable team for a new manufacturing facility in Newcastle, NSW. Expanding to business into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Duties will include but not limited to;
- Development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets in order to ensure the companies production capacities are at optimum levels.
- Maintaining Sales and customer loyalty.
- Generate increased sales of services through the creation and reinforcement of company brand.
- build and maintain an organisation's image and reputation with its customers.
- Responsible in identifying new markets avenues, sales forecasting, inventory management, stocking agreements, top line and bottom-line targets and credit control administration.
- responsible in identifying short and long terms business strategy.
- interface between the the production teams and management to ensure right techno commercial solution are provided to the customers
- market research and bench marking against competitors.product development and develop export market
- Aluminium Smelter Industry Sales and Marketing experience in to follow areas would be an advantage should include:

- Project Management
- Contributing to research and development projects.
- Responsibility for selection, training and development of personnel working for him/her.
- Must speak English, other languages including Arabic would be an asset.
- Must be legally able to work in Australia
