About the role
As a Sales and Service Consultant at our Lithgow Care Centre, you play a pivotal role in connecting individuals and families with the health insurance solutions they need. This dynamic position blends the art of salesmanship with a commitment to delivering unparalleled service. You will be the face of Westfund, guiding our members through the complexities of health insurance options, ensuring they find the coverage that suits their unique needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Member Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with our members. Act as a trusted advisor by providing guidance on insurance options, coverage details, and policy inquiries.
- Member Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding member service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist members in resolving inquiries, claims, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in the health insurance industry. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and Services to educate members and make informed recommendations.
- Sales Expertise: Drive new growth by effectively promoting and selling health insurance products to potential members. Utilise your persuasive communication skills to tailor solutions that meet individual member needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience. Collaborate with colleagues to address member needs efficiently and effectively
