The opportunity…
We are currently seeking a passionate and empathetic Sales and Service Consultant to join our well-established niche customer centric brand and growing team. You will be based at our head office in Darby Plaza and provided with secure parking.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our clients, focusing specifically on our niche disability insurance products. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing them with the support and assistance they need to navigate their insurance coverage effectively.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns related to our niche disability insurance products via phone, email, and other communication channels.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their satisfaction and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their overall experience.

- Previous insurance, financial service or call centre experience is highly regarded but not essential. What is most important to us, is your positive energy and your customer service ethic.
