Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate and Personal Assistant to a highly successful agent at Local Elite Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a top-performing agent, gaining invaluable experience in the world of luxury real estate while providing essential support to our clients and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the agent to identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers
- Assist in preparing and conducting property viewings, meetings, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values.
- Help create marketing materials and listings.
- Manage the agent's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, email correspondence, and database management.
- Coordinate and organize property showings, open houses, and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management and campaign coordination.
- Mainly Cold Calling Every Day
Qualifications:
- Valid QLD Real Estate certificate
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
- Prior experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
