Our client is looking for a tenacious and driven Sales Associate who is passionate about pursuing a career in residential sales to join a premium and leading business, further to this- our client would also be opent to meeting people from a sales background outside of Real Estate who live locally in the East!

This role has been due to growth of the business and the Sales Agent's portfolio. This agency will help set you up for success and to become a standalone agent down the track! You will work one-on-one with a successful Selling Principal who will teach you the ropes!
The Position
In the role of Sales Associate, you will be given the opportunity to work with a leading, boutique agency and gain exposure to the full sales process. You will be responsible for:
- Prospect the local area through cold and warm calling
- Action incoming leads, assist with sales enquiries and conduct buyer call backs
- Prospect past appraisals and leverage off existing database to generate leads
- Assist Sales Agents at open for inspections
- Maintain the database of contacts and stay in regular contact
- Attend sales meetings and sales training sessions
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Associate will be hungry, driven, and motivated to succeed. You will be a quick learner who is not afraid to be challenged and will want to progress in real estate Sales long term.
In particular, you will have:
- Previous real estate experience is advantageous but not essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is a MUST
- You must be tenacious, hungry, and driven by results
- A natural relationship builder who loves people and communicates over the phone exceptionally well
- Passionate about a long-term career in real estate residential sales
- Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
- Knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs Marketplace
