Form of workA leading Australian-owned Property Developer with a strong pipeline of projects, therefore creating the need to appoint numerous new Sales Associates to join the team and develop into future Sales Consultants.
The Position
You will be based onsite at a beautifully appointed Sales display centre at a flagship development in Melbourne’s Western growth corridor. Reporting to the Senior Sales Consultant, you will provide sales and administrative support to ensure an excellent customer experience and achieve sales targets for the project. Typical daily duties include customer liaison, reporting and maintaining the CRM/database, liaise and collaborate with other internal personnel, form relationships with builders, and develop ongoing knowledge of the development, industry and competitors.
About You
A current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate/Certificate IV Real Estate or the equivalent is a pre-requisite for this role, as is the ability to work 5 days a week including Saturdays & Sundays.
We are also looking for collaborative team players, strong communication skills, professional presentation and strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and CRM.
Although it is an advantage if you have experience in a Sales Associate, Assistant or Cadet role within Land Development, home building or real estate, it isn’t essential as long as you have had experience in a client facing customer service or sales role.
