About the role Based at North Shore, Burdell, Townsville, this is a full-time, permanent position, 5 days/week (incl weekends), allocated days off during the week with opportunity to have a weekend off once a month. In addition to the salary package there is the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses. Some of your responsibilities will include: Responding to all sales and after sales enquiries Contribute to sales activities including pre-qualification and follow-up, meet and greet assistance with qualification. Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures, and controls. Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key internal and external stakeholders. Represent Stockland in alignment with the brand and Stockland's values. Use effective communication skills to liaise clearly with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and update sales systems and processes to maximise enquiry conversion and minimise cancellations of deposits for the Region. Enhance Stockland's leadership position and reputation in the industry through sustainable sales practices and adherence to the structured sales process. Providing exceptional customer service and customer care to everyone who engages with Stockland.
