About the job:
The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for selling eSafety Supplies products to new and existing customers within a given territory and market sector. This role is responsible for identifying and managing Business Development and sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of client business’s needs and drivers.
This highly autonomous role will require a self-starter with a solid track record in achieving targets, exploring and developing new business and maintaining customer relationships
Responsibilities include:
- Develop strong relationships of trust and respect with customers
- Promote eSafety’s Supplies range of products to new and existing customers
- Work closely with clients and your teammates at eSafety to ensure customer expectations are met
- Work in unison with our marketing team to promote and grow our eSafety’s brand awareness.
Essential qualifications, skills, and traits:
- An organised and effective planner
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with a friendly, positive, can-do attitude towards job, people, product, and self-potential
- Experience with Business-to-Business Sales
- Preferably minimum three (3) years’ experience in sales, marketing, or related field
- Effective presentation skills
- Be able to work autonomously and as a team member
- Current valid driver’s license
- Proven ability to achieve targets
