Role Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing and expanding the business while nurturing the Clientele portfolio. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and fostering a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and budgets.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous industry experience in the Plumbing & Irrigation industry preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales. Wholesaling products essential.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
