Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering lasting relationships with new & existing clients. Your primary focus will be on sales, account management within the BRAG (Brand & Agency) sector, while assisting with digital preservation initiatives within the GLAM (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums) sector.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Champion: Identify new business opportunities, listen to client needs, tailor a solution, and close deals.
- Client Relationships: Nurture existing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and managing the CRM for the business.
- Product Knowledge: Deepen your understanding of our media content management services. Be the go-to expert for clients, addressing their queries and demonstrating the value we provide.
- GLAM Sector assistance: Collaborate with management to promote digital preservation solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with organisational goals.
You Have:
- Problem solving and critical thinking expertise.
- Proven track record in Business Development, ideally within the media or preservation industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
