About the Role:
Our agricultural sales team based at our Bundaberg branch has an opening for a Sales Cadet.
This entry level role is a varied and exciting opportunity where you will learn the skills to succeed as a successful Sales Representative of our Agricultural range.
You will have the opportunity to learn from a strong group of agricultural sales teams in the business, backed up with a variety of online and hands on training.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:
- Make outbound customer calls via the CRM database.
- Research new business leads & investigate customer needs and learn the art of prospecting for brand new business opportunities.
- Support the sales team throughout the sales process - assist with handovers, registrations, pre-delivery inspections and more.
- Attend industry events such as Dig Days, demonstrations, presentations, and field days.
- Be supported to handle your own individual sales opportunities - this is your introduction to sales, following up incoming enquires, and transacting sales.
About you:
You will have great energy, tenacity and be a highly organised person. You're not an ordinary Sales Cadet, you thrive on thinking inventively and commercially to drive the business growth and performance through our customers.
You constantly look for better ways to do things and embrace an environment where challenging the status quo is encouraged.
