They now have a role available in their after sales department. The role is varied and will support customers post sale with any Spare Parts required or servicing of equipment. The role will suit people who have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, are customer centric and able to problem solve.
Responsibilities:
- Taking calls from customers and helping as the first point of contact where possible
- Advising and quoting Spare Parts in response to customer enquiries
- Order processing from receipt to dispatch
- Coordinating all aspects of the repair process
- On receipt of repairs liaising with the shop floor to establish repairs necessary
- Pricing repair Spare Parts, labour and sending quotes to the customer
- Generation and maintenance of database for all repair quotes and orders
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders forms a critical part of this role.
- Mechanical or technical qualifications trade/ certificate/ degree and experience desirable
- Good understanding of Microsoft products and data entry
- Experience with ERP computer system is highly desirable
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Attention to detail
