We are a medium sized manufacturing company looking for a competent person with good Data Entry skills.
Qualifications & experience
- Must be computer literate and have good communication skills. Must have an eye for details and be able to double check purchase order and invoice information. Previous experience with a manufacturing or logistics company preferred.
- Own transport
Tasks & responsibilities
- Processing orders as job tickets for the factory floor.
- Invoicing completed jobs.
- Phoning and emailing customers about payment, shipping and pick ups.
- General office duties including filing and answering the phone.
Benefits
- Position is for 38 hours per week with an early 3pm finish on Friday.
