Sales Consultant

HEATING APPLIANCE MANUFACTURER SELLING DIRECT TO THE PUBLIC located in Ballarat.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR HIGH PERFORMING TALENT THAT HAS EXPERIENCE SELLING DOMESTIC HOME GOODS & ARE NOT AFRAID TO WALK UP TO A CUSTOMER! 

The role:

• You will be responsible for actively participating in the sales program focused on Gas Log Fires and Wood Heaters, engaging with customers and contributing to the continual development and improvement of the store
• Attend to the front desk and assist customers with orders and pricing inquiries
• Prepare quotations as required
• Using consultative approaches to influence major decision makers
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Follow leads and close deals

Full Time | 38 Hour Week | 9am to 5pm | March to September required to work weekends & have 2 days off (38 hour week) | Great Team & Culture

• Direct engagement with customer sales experience
• Outstanding Customer Service Attitude
• Extremely well organised
• Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task
• Possess a positive and energetic 'can do' attitude, and a willingness to learn
• A motivated and resilient attitude towards goals
• Working weekends essential throughout the Season
