The role:
- Service inbound sales calls and understand the customers’ needs, build rapport in order to successfully sell our holiday packages including our amazing celebrity events. We can give you industry training!
- Provide excellent service to all our customers by adapting your approach to meet the customers’ needs
- Create fantastic customer engagement, understand the customer’s requirements, pitch and close the sale
- Cross-sell when required
- Meet and exceed company KPI’s for conversion
- Making accurate cost calculations in order to provide customers with quotations quickly and efficiently
- Produce accurate documentation to complete the booking process
- Work pro-actively as part of a large team of sales advisors by bringing energy and drive to a fast moving and dynamic environment
- Work effectively with other departments to ensure understanding of products & processes
Skill set required:
- Highly motivated Sales Consultant who is results orientated, driven to accomplish goals and have a high degree of self –motivation
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy customer sales environment
- Experience in consumer sales industries
- Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations
- Proven sales history with the ability to hit company KPI’s
- The ability to identify with customers, establish rapport and build relationships over the phone
- The ability to adapt style to provide the customer with a personalised service
- Have the ability to thrive under pressure
- Can be flexible in approach and able to work weekends (on rotation) and extended or additional hours to suit business requirements. Roster is 5 days over 7 days.
- Great attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and the internet.
