Key Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of all Spa World products
• Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects
• Respond to phone and internet leads, making every effort to convert them into sales
• Manage and oversee showroom operations, ensuring retail standards are maintained
• Maintain client and prospect database for effective relationship management
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Achieve set sales and performance targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships
• Problem-solving mindset and active listening skills
• Possession of a current driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

• Permanent Full-Time position
• Working hours: 10 am - 4 pm with flexibility to address sales queries as needed
