Your Duties
- Ability to work to robust KPI’s with a high level of accountability
- Team player who thrives in a high expectations culture
- Work to sales targets using a variety of methods, including inbound calls, web leads, and follow ups
- Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we can add value to their business/ project
- Process daily inbound orders and phone sales.
- Assisting clients through design phase.
- Liaise with estimating team to have quotes generated.
- Submitting quotes and client follow up.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide necessary information for sales activities.
Skills and Experience
- Energy! - Self-motivated and eager to take on responsibility and build a new skill set.
- Excellent verbal and written skills along with excellent people skills.
- Have an eagerness to learn with on-the-job training provided.
- Time management skills, able to prioritize and take direction as required.
- Professional phone manner.
- Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously and maintain motivation.

- Previous experience preferably within the building industry would be advantageous, but not essential.
