About the role

Located in our Canberra office, an exciting opportunity exists for a talented and experienced Sales & Contracts Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful ANZ leading Technology Professional Services and Recruitment organisation to assist with the smooth running of one our highest performing offices.

Working across our ACT business, you will be the "Go To" person for all things office and administrative related. You will provide admin support to management and sales administration support to the busy sales team.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Administrative support to Management
  • Contract preparation & sales reporting
  • Database / Referrals / Intranet administration
  • General Office Management duties
  • Supplier management & ordering; expense management
  • Local Event planning and coordination

The ideal candidate will possess a positive, friendly and proactive attitude and must be flexible, responsible and reliable to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently to meet demanding deadlines.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in providing administrative support with minimal supervision - we need a pro-active resourceful individual that can work at multiple levels across the business
  • Medium to high level computer skills and experience in relevant software such as MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and databases
  • Very good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and complete work within allocated time frames
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high-quality work and service standards with outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience with security clearance would be an advantage
