Grays has an exciting opportunity to join our motivated team in Pinkenba as a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and management of sales projects brought in by our business development efforts. Your duties will include sales project workforce management, sale set up, sale creation, site logistics, sales enquiries, accounts and reporting.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and manage industrial sales projects from start to finish.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient asset sale management.
- Providing pre- and post-sale administrative support relating to promoting sales, customer enquiries, documentation, financial reporting and other duties.
- Ensuring the growth of sales revenue through excellent support to business development efforts and excellent service.
- Delivering exceptional service to both customers and buyers in relation to sale enquiries, disputes, sale registration and sale promotion.
- Ensure all sales projects meet our high WHS standards.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in successfully coordinating or managing sales events or projects from start to finish.
- Fantastic communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- An aptitude for understanding systems and processes.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques is desirable but not essential.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive, team-focused attitude.
