We are looking for an organised and self-starting individual to join our Corporate Solutions team, located in our Melbourne Richmond office, as a Sales Coordinator. To be successful in this role you will be focused, hardworking, organised and a team player.
The Job:
The role reports to the Sales Managers and will be focused on supporting the entire national Corporate Solutions team to deliver sales growth through the booking and confirmation of events, vouchers, sponsorships and other sales activities.
- You will be required to assist the team with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Administration and data entry of sales orders and bookings
- Liaising with corporate and community clients for the execution of events
- Liaising with cinema locations to ensure events run smoothly
- Support the sales team to achieve sales budgets
- Preparing sales presentations and materials for the sales team
- Update customer details in database as required
- Collaborate with accounts to ensure that paid voucher orders are delivered to customers
- Processing payments for vouchers and group bookings
- Assisting customers with event and voucher enquiries
- Complete a quarterly competitor analysis
Who we are looking for:
It goes without saying you’ll have excellent people skills and a talent for developing fruitful relationships. Experience in events or admin would be highly regarded but we value transferable skills. The role requires a fast learner able to handle multiple demands and meet deadlines.
We are also looking for:
- Excellent organisation skills and high attention-to-detail
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce or sales is desirable
- Experience in sales, marketing and/ or public relations within the film, education and or/ non-for-profit sector
- A natural and confident communicator focused on providing an excellent service
- Experience with events, desired but not essential
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
