Your role in our team
The role of the Branch Sales Coordinator involves the initial response to retails sales, incoming sales related phone calls and emails, spare parts and product availability enquiries, greeting walk-in customers and responding to their queries. This role is responsible for the processing of sales orders, invoice generation, assisting with the scheduling and checking of incoming workshop bookings, completed job handovers and providing support to the branch in general.
