Salary Package: AU$80,000 - 100,000 + Super (dependent on experience)

Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Development, you will be responsible for on-boarding new clients following the point of sale. These will be individuals and organisations specialising in the Construction and Property Development trade, from small local businesses through to large complex corporates.
Your role will be to ensure process is followed, manage any compliance issues and coordinate activities between clients and brokers.
Responsibilities
- Talk to clients and individuals in the Property Development and Construction sector, providing clear and consistent communication
- Ensure processes are followed when onboarding a new customer
- Liaise with Brokers, Compliance and Operations teams to ensure the best possible service is provided to prospective and new clients
- Manage and overcome any obstacles and provide clarity to customers coming on board
- Manage and coordinate activities as required with the Sales and Development teams
Candidate Profile
You will have worked in a Coordination role previously, with an element of written and phone-based communication. You will be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both English and either Mandarin or Cantonese languages as this is a large portion of the client base.
You will be comfortable with an office environment where there may be the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects, with a core focus on customers and supporting the sales process.
Ideally you will have on-boarded clients for a previous employer and understand the process within a service based business.
