Dee Vine Estate has a well established family tradition in viticulture, spanning across two continents and four generations. The importance and pride that we have embedded into our vineyards are the foundations in which these wines are crafted from. We strive to continuously produce fine wines. This is our passion. Qualifications & experience
Excellent computer skills including MS Office suite and on any ERP system
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
- Previous experience in Sales Admin or Sales role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Tasks & responsibilities
Processing sales orders
- Maintain price lists and customer relations
- Respond to sales team, customers and logistic companies
- Process orders as requested
- Monitor back orders
- Advise delivery times
- Time management and procurement
- Coordinate despatch
- Sample requests
- Compile data and reports
