We have an opportunity for a Warehouse & Freight Logistics Administrator to join our team at our Minto factory!
Position Purpose
The purpose of this position is to contribute to the profitability, growth and return on investment for Interface, by collating customers’ orders via the TSL. Ensuring, through a process of critical cross checks, that all customer orders are available to the Warehouse. Verifying by using all available reports, each process has been completed in a timely manner. Collating data for the businesses KPI data base and ensuring all warehousing and distribution records are filed for compliance to “SOX” requirements. Prompt communication between the Transport Companies and Interface internal personnel.
Areas of Responsibility
- Assist with the management of the Transport Shipping List (TSL)
- Receipt, recording, printing of orders and checking of paperwork required as per TSL. Process errors are kept to a minimum. (TSL dispatch 11:00am, 1.30pm and 4.30pm daily. TSL NZ 1.00pm Tuesday. SCT Monday.)
- Provide feedback to Customer Service on status of orders unable to be processed. Maintain ongoing communication with Customer Service to achieve Delivery in Full on Time (DIFOT).
- Assists with managing Finished Goods (FG)
- The managing of finished goods returns.
- Liaise with Customer Service regarding Stock-In-Transit and Proof of Delivery. All transactions are performed accurately and in a timely fashion and materials are available for consumption and invoicing.
- Able to perform general admin duties as required

Qualifications And Experience Required
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of accuracy in data entry and attention for detail
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
- Good oral and written communication skills
