Join our expanding team at Alpine Nurseries, an industry-leading wholesale nursery located in north-west Sydney. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Sales / Customer Service Assistant at our bustling Dural nursery.
As part of the Sales team, you are responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service to a broad range of trade customers. This role requires an energetic, passionate, ideally plant loving, indoor/outdoor person.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver outstanding Customer Service to a diverse range of trade customers serving as the primary point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries.
- Execute administrative sales support tasks, both in the office and out in the nursery. This includes basic quoting, managing stock availability, handling customer pricing inquiries, and providing plant information within Alpine's requirements.
- Provide administrative and general support to the sales team as requested.
