Sales & Customer Service

Location: Sunshine Coast

We are a dynamic and thriving Pilates studio dedicated to helping our clients achieve their wellness goals through personalised instruction, wellness coaching and a supportive community atmosphere. We are a Sunshine Coast-based and locally owned and operated group of 3 studios with a goal to positively impact the lives of over 1000 women. We believe that health is about more than just fitness, it is about physical and mental wellbeing which is a complex interplay of physiological, emotional, spiritual and practical factors. 

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will primarily be responsible for driving sales of our Kickstarter offer, as well as converting Kickstarter customers into ongoing members. Additionally, you will play a key role in providing excellent Customer Service to ensure a positive experience for all clients. You’ll combine your sales skills with your interest in health and wellness without cold calling.

ABOUT THE ROLE

1. Sales:

  • Proactively promote and sell our Kickstarter offer to prospective clients through various channels including in-person, phone calls, email, and social media.
  • Utilise a script and persuasive sales techniques to effectively communicate the value of our services and convert leads into customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

2. Customer Service and Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Handle scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks as needed to support smooth studio operations.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional studio environment for all clients.
     

3. Membership Rollovers:

  • Work closely with Kickstarter clients to transition them onto ongoing membership plans once their Kickstarter offer has expired.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of becoming a long-term member and assist them in selecting the appropriate membership package.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in sales, bonus points if it’s in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on providing a positive client experience.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Passionate about health and wellness and helping people.
  • Coachable in our methods and methodologies.
