We're seeking to appoint a self-driven, enthusiastic team player who is passionate about promoting industry-leading cleaning products to fill a recent vacancy in our Victorian team.
Provided they have the right attitude and ambition, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to develop their sales and account management processes and techniques, enabling them to confidently support existing customers and convert enquiries into new accounts.
Ideally the successful candidate will love being "in the field" meeting and building relationships with a wide range of people, and they will be a passionate product advocate and determined problem solver.
You will work in support of our Sales Manager to retain and expand our customer base. You'll provide excellent service and support, and in time, you'll establish yourself as a trusted consultant to our valued product users and distributors.
This will be an opportunity to practice outstanding Customer Service and account management, and go on to participate in business development and building strategic partnerships.
In the evaluation of your application, we will be considering your:

Although not essential, we will also consider your:
- Technical aptitude for the application of chemical products.
- Experience in chemical or cleaning product sales, commercial cleaning and/or professional floor care industries.
- Experience and understanding of working with distributors and resellers for mutual success.
Key to your success with your application will be your ability to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to train customers.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites as needed and learn as you go.
Some sales experience in a B2B would be advantageous.
