Sales - Customer Solutions Security Screens and Home Improvements

The Position:

In this role you will sell customised solutions to new and existing clients, whilst promoting our iconic, internationally renowned brand as clear industry leaders. 

Reporting to the Sales Manager and supported by our Administration team, you will be provided with genuine leads  (no cold calls) and use your product knowledge to come up with the best solution for our client. Ongoing product training and sales meetings are part of our culture. 

The Candidate:

• Displays proven sales and/or relationship management experience with a can do attitude and a natural drive for excellence
• Possesses exceptional communication and relationship building skills (written, verbal and non-verbal)
• Have a proven record with in house, face to face Sales
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of a customer centric business
• Possesses the ability to identify new client opportunities, prepare and present quotations and secure contracts
• Have great attention to detail
• Is driven by exceeding KPI’s and revenue targets
• Holds a natural ability to show initiative and provide solutions in varied situations
• Demonstrates a high level of customer focused service and follow through
• Displays a high standard of professional personal presentation
• Possesses a clean open driver’s license
• Successful candidates will require a clean police check be undertaken prior to acceptance of a position
