Key Responsibilities: As the Sales & Design Assistant you will have a multifaceted role that includes:
- Sales and customer service as a priority.
- Helping with the running of the showroom and customer service.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through a customer-focused approach.
- Assisting design studio through Adobe creative cloud, Canva and Apple Mac.
- Providing expert interior design advice to customers and collaborating with the design team.
- Ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing.
Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- A passion for people and sales.
- A genuine interest for luxury home decor and interior design.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a retail role, especially in a high-end brand environment.
- Drivers licence
- Proficiency in point of sale systems and cash handling.
- Physical ability to perform light labor tasks, such as moving and arranging rugs.
- Proficiency with Mac computers.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics is desirable.
- Proficiency with Adobe creative cloud and Canva.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and flip rugs.
