Duties:
We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals who demonstrate initiative, excel in teamwork, and are quick learners. Our elite Property Specialists are a key driving force within our company. Their main responsibility is to engage with pre-qualified, warm prospects, who have been scheduled by our appointment-setting team, and successfully close them on a membership fee. Duties will include:
- Manage a pipeline of prospects over both short and long-term periods, ensuring consistent follow-ups to schedule appointments.
- Achieve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the number of set appointments.
- Generate new prospects through referrals.
- Proactively seek and implement improved methods to achieve greater success for both yourself and the team.
- Uphold and embody company values in all interactions and tasks.
- Foster and enhance the team culture.
- 2+ years in a similar role with closing deals (B2C preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident
- Maturity and a client-experience-focused mindset
- Set ambitious goals and commits to achieving them
- Ideally have a passion for property investing and a high EQ
