Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate and convey compelling value propositions for Amazon Web Services (AWS) during phone conversations or virtual meetings.- Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for a designated territory, cultivating and managing a dynamic sales pipeline.
- Analyse metrics and account data to continually refine and enhance sales strategies, ensuring a proactive and adaptive approach.
- Drive customer adoption by providing education and fostering engagement, working collaboratively with AWS consulting and technology partners to deliver scalability and end-user value.
- Assist customers in recognising key use cases for prioritised adoption of AWS, offering guidance on best practices for successful implementations.
- Proactively seek new sales prospects through targeted outreach, involving cold calls, emails, and engagement on social media platforms.
- Comprehensively understand customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions effectively.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas by successfully closing deals with clients.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in Inside Sales with a proven track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas.
- Experience/ knowledge of Cloud products.
- Possesses a robust phone presence, with a history of efficiently making a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
- Proficient in the use of corporate productivity tools and web presentation platforms to enhance sales efforts.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system, showcasing adeptness in managing customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong listening and presentation abilities.
- Ability to effectively multitask, prioritise tasks, and manage time to achieve optimal results.
- Exemplifies teamwork through flexibility, effective collaboration with colleagues, clear communication, and the successful completion of assigned tasks.
- Client-focused approach, dedicated to delivering outcomes that align with business objectives and meeting customer needs and requirements.
