Your role will involve tapping into the potential of local governments across Australia, understanding their unique needs, and positioning our technology as their go-to solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to initiate contact with potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Run discovery sessions to qualify needs and identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Hubspot CRM.
• Nurture customers through the initial stages of our sales process.
• Convert prospects into leads, qualifying their needs and presenting our value proposition.
• Ascertaining which competitors prospects use and tailoring our value proposition and service accordingly.
