Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to initiate contact with potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Run discovery sessions to qualify needs and identify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Hubspot CRM.
- Nurture customers through the initial stages of our sales process.
- Convert prospects into leads, qualifying their needs and presenting our value proposition.
- Ascertaining which competitors prospects use and tailoring our value proposition and service accordingly.
