New full-time role to lead our dynamic Sales team as a Sales Director.
You will have the ability to generate new business through an extensive client portfolio and win tenders typically have the following profile:
Strategic Vision:
A successful Sales Director has a strategic mindset, understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. They create long-term plans to drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial. A Sales Director should have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to understand client pain points.
Business Development: 8 years+
Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, networking, and leveraging existing relationships. This involves prospecting, lead generation, and converting leads into sales.
Tender Management:
Winning tenders requires expertise in proposal writing, pricing strategies, and negotiation. A Sales Director should collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals.
Team Leadership:
Leading and motivating the sales team is essential. A Sales Director sets targets, provides coaching, and ensures alignment with overall business goals.
Industry Knowledge:
Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors helps Sales Directors make informed decisions.
