Morning Reception
8am - 1pm - Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri
8am - 3pm - Wednesday
8am - 1pm - Every second Saturday
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Morning Receptionist to begin working in a Job Share role.
We are looking to employ a genuine, dynamic person with a high work ethic.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Busy switchboard - directing incoming calls
- Welcoming and attending to customers
- Preparing and maintaining daily reports
- Scanning of creditors invoices and costing to Central Admin
- Enter enquiries into the DMS
- Other administrative duties when required
The Successful applicant will have the following relevant skills:
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- A highly professional manner and worth ethic
- Well organised with sound time management skills
- Previous vehicle industry experience is desirable, but certainly not essential
- A positive, happy and enthusiastic approach
