Heat Exchangers WA (HEWA) is one of Australia’s largest and leading suppliers and service centres for heat exchange equipment, specialising in plate heat exchangers and Cooling Towers with a purpose-built facility in Perth, Western Australia. HEWA is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and providing technical solutions to customers. Your goal will be to support our customers with their product and service requirements while achieving yearly and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service by “listening to the market”
- Sales and Leads and Development: Seek and identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Product and Technical Solutions: With the support of your team provide technical expertise and recommend suitable heat exchange equipment solutions to customers based on their requirements.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver effective presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of HEWA's products and services.
- Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong customer management skills, including effective prioritisation, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Being able to demonstrate experience with working within a CRM is desirable.
- Mechanical Aptitude with a preference for knowledge in heat transfer
- Sales and Marketing Experience: Extensive experience in sales and marketing, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical information and sales propositions to clients.
- Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Can-Do Attitude: Positive mindset, goal-oriented, and result-focused, with a determination to succeed.

Remuneration Package:
A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate, including a solid base salary, commission, yearly KPI bonus, superannuation, mobile phone, laptop, and a fully serviced company vehicle.
