PROFINISH Fire Protection is one of Victoria's fastest growing Passive Fire companies, servicing Metro and Regional Victoria as well as projects throughout Australia. Our partnership with PROFINISH Coatings and ability to install a range of industrial coating types provides us with a unique advantage in the industry.
We started this company with the intent to change the industry, to Raise the Standards and evolve an ‘Old School’ way of thinking around Construction, Fire and Coatings.
With a mission to design and build projects that stop Fire and Corrosion, we have been saving projects day in, day out ever since our creation in 2015. We service our clients wherever they need us. No one deserves to die from a fire and we will continue to fight to ensure this.
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for managing a large number of projects at a time, all at various stages within the sales and estimating cycle. You will be provided with a virtual assistant to assist with takeoffs and quoting. You'll need to be highly proficient in developing and nurturing relationships and have exceptional communication skills.

You are incredibly organised and follow a strict schedule allowing you to move from project to project and collaborate with multiple people and departments at once. You get immense satisfaction out of building repeat clients through relationship management and exceptional communication.
With the help of your assistant, you manage anywhere from 70-120 projects. Computers are a no brainer, you are more than confident with excel and any programs we throw your way. Your adaptability is what sets you apart and you always strive to solve problems as they arise.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate you,
- Are extremely well organised
- Love working in a fast-paced team environment
- Understand the nuances of sales
- Have excellent computer skills and proficient with all Microsoft programs
- Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic!
- Knowledge and understanding of building and construction plans (highly desirable)
- Management of a small team ideal but not necessary (highly desirable)
