This role will see you working from our Mount Waverley Head Office. The day will see you support Sales, Marketing, Operations & Studio M by maintaining the retail option inventory in our retail systems.

Reporting to the Retail Systems Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Establish retail prices in accordance with company margin and cost schedules
• Establish contract wording for all options
• Co-ordinate and contribute to the operational and production process for all options
• Develop and document business requirements with stakeholders and develop systems to support agreed requirements
• Define system requirements and liaise with Software Development department (IT) to implement
• Co-ordinate acceptance testing
• Ensure all retail upgrade options have a mini-bill produced via ordering system tools, ordering method of measure and/or ordering process
• Ensure all retail upgrade options have a direct build cost available in ordering and/or retail system; and
• Provide support and liaise with relevant departments.

The successful candidate will have:

• Appropriate qualifications in the building/ estimating preferred, but not essential
• 2 Years’ or greater experience within Building Industry preferred
• Knowledge of the Sales, Workflow and Construction processes
• Working knowledge of the Australian Residential Building Code and regulations
• Intermediate computer skills, in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to manage own time and set own priorities
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Problem solver
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written – grammar & spelling, questioning, and probing)
• Organizational awareness – understand structure, objectives and strategies
• Customer focused; and
• HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
