The Role:

Are you looking for the next step in your career as an estimator/salesperson?

Keep reading, this is the position for you!

We are looking for someone upbeat, professional and results driven, we want you to come in and hit the trade industry like a storm! You will ideally be of a trade background, understand the onsite lingo and be able to sell, upsell and cross sell our products. 

You will be handy with a tape measure and have the ability to read plans like a book!

Some of the duties that you will be fulfilling are:

• Ability to read and understand architectural joinery plans with confidence
• Natural instincts to sell – value add, upsell and generate revenue
• Exemplary customer service and communication skills
• Work with the operations manager to ensure that all costing is accurate
• Delivering multiple projects simultaneously and have the ability to work autonomously
• Estimating of cabinetry for builders and projects
• Draw varying wall types, insert and customise cabinets, apply finishes and materials to the design program

About you:

We need someone that is ready to hit the ground running and help us kick our goals!

Ideally you will have the following:

• 5 + years sales experience in a similar role
• Fantastic Customer Service Skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in estimating programs
• Read and Interpret plans
• Excellent communication skills
