You'll play a key role in qualifying leads, crafting proposals, and assisting with planning and executing high-profile events.About You:
- 1+ year experience in hotel/hospitality/corporate facility banquets & events (luxury experience a plus)
- Strong administrative skills with MS Office and Excel
- Experience with hospitality industry software (Opera Cloud & Salesforce a plus)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities
- An eye for detail and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Become an expert on client needs and expectations
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute flawless events
- Conduct final inspections of function spaces to ensure everything is perfect
- Identify potential new business opportunities by monitoring corporate arrivals
- Assist the Events team and Associate Director of Sales with reports
