Sales Executive - Property

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise the company's sales campaigns, referrals and agent leads to drive sales opportunities
• Develop a unique sales approach and ensure all clients and referrals are nurtured
• Respond and follow up leads via phone calls and emails to generate face-to-face appointments
• Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders throughout the organisation
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and uphold high customer service experience for all

Experience, Skills, and Competencies:

• Minimum 2 years real estate experience in the residential property and construction sales industry.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship management skills; able to demonstrate breadth and depth and demonstrate innovative thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience selling off the plan projects or working in a real estate sales role.
