Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise the company's sales campaigns, referrals and agent leads to drive sales opportunities
- Develop a unique sales approach and ensure all clients and referrals are nurtured
- Respond and follow up leads via phone calls and emails to generate face-to-face appointments
- Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders throughout the organisation
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and uphold high customer service experience for all
Experience, Skills, and Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years real estate experience in the residential property and construction sales industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship management skills; able to demonstrate breadth and depth and demonstrate innovative thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience selling off the plan projects or working in a real estate sales role.
