The Role:
- Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
- Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
- Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
- Administration support to property management teams
- Conduct ingoings, outgoings, routines
- Liaising with tenants
- Training to become a property manager
- Real Estate experience is preferred however not essential!
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be immaculately presented
- Must be energetic & have a can-do attitude!
