Sales Manager

• Exceed sales targets, conduct training, and manage customer relationships.
• Provide regular sales forecasts.
• Expand market reach by monitoring competitors and acquiring new customers.
• Represent Sika in the industry, assist in budget planning, and provide technical support to clients.
• Maintain confidentiality, report customer feedback promptly, and collaborate internally for seamless operations.
• Increase market coverage by monitoring competitor activities, maintaining lists of potential customers and regularly calling on potential customers.
• Support Target Market Manager in various tasks including budget preparation.
• Provision of technical advice and training in Sika's products to customers.
• Investigation of customer complaints and issues.
• Liaise with the appropriate Sika staff for all matters regarding technical support, product performance, delivery to customers, production planning and ordering of raw materials.

• A minimum of 5 years' frontline management experience in the concrete industry.
• Extensive and proven customer service experience.
• A high degree of computer literacy - MS Suite.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to develop and maintain professional interpersonal relationships.
