What you’ll do:
- Provide excellent customer service to our customer, through fast, upbeat, and genuine responses to inquiries and feedback
- Revenue growth: focus on acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts
- Implementing in-store campaigns, promotional strategies, and product displays.
- Ensuring sales targets are being met.
- Account growth: identify areas for growth within existing accounts
- Ensuring prices, warranties and customer documentation are accurate.
- Maintaining a Customer Relationship Management database
- Customer success: extend DCS’s tradition of high customer satisfaction by leading the post-sale relationship of DCS Customer accounts
- Answer customer communication in an efficient manner
- Address customer issues in a patient manner with a genuine desire to help our customers succeed
- Team mentorship: cultivate the culture and talent for attracting and motivating the talent to accomplish the above
You’ll Love this role if you:
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proven track record exceeding sales targets and have 3+ years of sales experience in B2B
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to manage a team to achieve sales targets
- Ability to present solutions clearly and effectively to a wide range of business leaders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
