ABOUT US

Flowtech is an established manufacturer of truck mounted boom & line pumps, along with trailer pumps and tower booms for the concrete pumping industry of Australia and New Zealand.
Due to company growth and expansion we are looking to build on our successful Sales Team in Sydney, with the ability to travel interstate when required.

JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE

We desire a mechanically minded individual with an engineer or trade background (preferred but not essential) for the position of Sales Manager. Familiarity within the concrete industry would be an advantage.

You will provide support among the Sales Team and be involved in all aspects of sales; Zoomlion machines, spare parts and servicing pipeline requirements). The company success is your success, as this is a retainer-based position with commission paid on your achievements. A fully maintained company car, laptop and mobile phone are provided. Offices are in Mount Kuring-Gai, near Hornsby.

As Sales Manager you'll contribute to the company goals by ensuring sales targets are met and/or exceeded. You will display a high level of computer knowledge, along with the proven ability to interpret service requirements and spare parts efficiently, while instilling confidence in our customers to build trust and the sale of units, both new and used.

· Proven selling experience, with demonstrated organisational and time management skills

· Excellence people skills, with the ability to deal with demanding customers on all levels

· Ability to solve problems and make appropriate decisions

· Integrity, honesty & professionalism

· Input into sales targets with development and monitoring of sales

· Day-to-day management of sales and distribution of leads to appropriate territories

· Compilation of current sales, updated on a weekly basis

· Preparation of quotations, spare parts invoices, and service transactions using our internal system

· Excellent computer skills, with an ability to learn the company procedures quickly.

· Exceptional phone manner with a friendly, positive attitude

· Clear spoken English, with good verbal and written communication skills

· The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
