This industry-leading hospitality retailer is on the hunt for a dynamic, self-motivated Territory Manager with strong account management experience, passion for hospitality and local knowledge of the Sydney Northern Beaches and surrounds.

About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 110 hospitality clients including pubs, clubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes. This role will involve being on the road daily, visiting clients throughout the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas.
- Develop and maintain a regular call cycle to ensure consistent client visits, effectively managing time to cover the territory.
- Once embedded in the business, actively develop and grow the territory through business development and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfilment. Use historical sales data and product knowledge to anticipate customer needs and streamline the order process.
- Utilise excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of customers, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced Territory Managers and a driven Sales Manager to achieve collective goals and drive success.
About You:
- Excel at account management and understand the importance of delivering exceptional service to customers. A minimum of 3 years in a high-pressure account management role is essential.
- Take pride in your job with a history of committing to an organisation. Looking for a long-term career with an exciting, fast-paced hospitality organisation.
- Motivated self-starter with the desire to exceed in your role, proactively seeking out opportunities to improve and grow.
- Strong acumen in sales and business development, with confidence in meeting senior decision-makers from both large and small organisations.
- Ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships and effectively close deals.
- Excellent time management skills, able to meet strict deadlines and manage time frames for sales reporting, quotes, tenders, appointments, and call cycles.
- Experience in hospitality front-of-house (FOH) or back-of-house (BOH) is highly advantageous.
- A current open driver’s licence and a clear driving record
