Formula for Success
As the Sales Manager for Human Nutrition, Vitamins & Carotenoids in Australia & New Zealand, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing sales operations. In addition to managing the sales team, your responsibilities will include account management, fostering relationships, forecasting, providing technical support, managing credit, and facilitating commercial negotiations.
You'll:

• Be responsible for business performance in ANZ and meeting budgeted financial targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, identify and develop new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Establish clear go-to-market strategies, including customer and channel selections.
• Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer market and competitor data.
• Effectively manage distributors including selection, target setting and performance and pipeline management.

Ingredients for Success
To be successful in this role, you'll be a natural communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders of various levels, and the ability to translate technical information into business needs.
You'll:

• Hold a Tertiary qualification relevant to the field of food science, pharma or business.
• Demonstrated sales and business management experience.
